Mr Jafari is the Director/Board Member of PAIR Investment Company Limited. He was nominated by Iran Foreign Investment Company on behalf of Government of Iran. He holds a degree in Masters in Accounting also PhD Candidate from University of Tehran.
Mr Hamid Eftekhari Kondelaji holds Masters of Public Policy (MPP) degree in Trade and Industrial Policy & Strategy and Global Management from KDI School of Public Policy & Management from Seoul, South Korea.
At present, Mr Eftekhari is the Managing Director/CEO of PAÏR Investment Company Limited (formerly registered as Pak-Iran Joint Investment Company nominated/appointed by Iran Foreign Investment Company (IFIC), Government of Iran.
Mr Eftekhari has overall professional experience of 21 years working with the Government of Iran. Mr Eftekhari has worked in key Ministries of Islamic Republic of Iran. His professional career started with Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance of Islamic Republic of Iran as International Economic Relations Expert and then moved to Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran.
Mr Eftekhari also served as Head of Project Appraisal Group at Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance. He also served as Commercial Attaché at the Embassy of Islamic Republic of Iran in South Africa from 2008 to 2013. Mr Eftekhari also served as Investment Manager and also as Director of Assemblies of Iran Foreign Investment Company.

Mr Aamer Mahmood Hussain holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Punjab University, Lahore. He has an extensive experience spreading over 20 years in the financial sector working in Finance Division of Ministry of Finance and Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan. He held various positions like Joint Secretary- Investment, Banking, Expenditure, Development and Financial Advisor to different Federal Ministries. He has also served as Deputy Commissioner of Income tax for more than 10 years.
He has also been and is representing Government of Pakistan on different boards and their committees such as Security Papers Ltd., Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan, Employees Old- Age Benefits Institution, Export Development Fund, Worker’s Welfare Fund, PAIR Investment Company Ltd. and National Power Parks Management Company (Pvt) Ltd. etc. He has also attended a number of national and international courses and seminars like “Senior Management Course” and “National Management Course” at National Management College, National School of Public Policy, Lahore, Seminars on “Macroeconomic Management for Senior Officials” and “Selected Issues in the Evolving Financial Regulatory Framework” at IMF Singapore Regional Training Institute, Singapore, “Independent Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects” at IP3, Washington, DC, USA. He is also a holder of Certificate of Director Education from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr Zahoor Ahmed comes with 23 years of experience of working with the Government of Pakistan, the United Nations, USAID and Civil Society Organizations. He has worked in key Ministries of the Federal Government of Pakistan in policy making, public diplomacy, coordination and implementation positions. He has been part of the select team to design and articulate budget communications on a number of occasions. He has played key role in articulating public diplomacy and outreach initiatives of the Federal Government during 2010-13. He has a vast experience of designing, managing and delivering policy dialogue with diverse actors for reform in the education sector. He brings considerable knowledge of GoP reform issues, particularly with respect to governance, human resources, sector financing, devolution and information and accountability mechanisms. He has proven track record of excellence in negotiations, policy dialogue, strategic communications and management with demonstrated success of enhancing bilateral economic relations of Pakistan with its western neighbors and democratization of policy making process in the education sector.
